“ Awful service. My 88 year old mum is devastated with the disgusting job. She paid 4000 pounds for repointing and new guttering. It rained today and the gurrering is leaking, water is gushing through the new guttering which has not been fixed properly. I messaged wayne to come and sort the guttering and put another bracket in, because it was obvious what would happen even to me. Wayne came and cleaned the windows and said he had sorted the guttering, which is complete nonsense. My mum is so distressed, it is making her feel ill. Wayne should be ashamed of himself. I feel awful because I recommend Wayne, after him putting up a fence for me.”
